iPhone Duo repairs we do in Sydney

Every iPhone Duo repair below is done in-house at our Eastwood and Macquarie Centre stores — nothing is sent away.

iPhone Duo Screen Replacement

Cracked glass, dead pixels, lines on the display or no image at all — we replace iPhone Duo screens with quality parts and test touch, True Tone and brightness before handing it back. Most phone screens are done while you wait.

iPhone Duo Battery Replacement

If your iPhone Duo drains fast, shuts down unexpectedly or reports degraded battery health, a new battery brings it back to life. Fitted and tested in-store, usually the same day.

iPhone Duo Charging Port Repair

An iPhone Duo that only charges at certain angles, charges slowly or not at all often just needs the charging port cleaned or replaced. We diagnose it free and fix the real cause.

iPhone Duo Camera Repair

Blurry photos, black screens in the camera app, or a cracked camera lens on your iPhone Duo — we repair or replace front cameras, rear cameras and lens glass.

iPhone Duo Water Damage Treatment

Liquid damage gets worse by the hour. We open your iPhone Duo, clean the boards with ultrasonic treatment and assess what can be saved. The sooner you bring it in, the better the odds.

iPhone Duo Motherboard Repair

No power, boot loops, no service, or faults after a drop — our technicians do board-level microsoldering on iPhone Duo motherboards, the kind of repair most shops send away.

iPhone Duo Data Recovery

If your iPhone Duo is dead but the photos matter, we can often repair the board just enough to get your data back — even from devices other shops declared unrecoverable.

iPhone Duo repair FAQs

How long does an iPhone Duo screen repair take at iPhix?

Most iPhone Duo screen repairs are completed the same day, and often while you wait. Walk into our Eastwood or Macquarie Centre store — no booking needed.

How much does it cost to repair an iPhone Duo?

Pricing depends on the repair and the parts you choose, so we quote each iPhone Duo individually. Diagnosis and quotes are free — call 0406 886 999 (Eastwood) or 0455 561 141 (Macquarie Centre) or drop in and we'll give you a price on the spot, before any work starts.

Will Face ID or Touch ID still work after an iPhone Duo screen replacement?

Yes. Face ID and Touch ID live in the sensor and home button, not the display, so we keep the originals and test them before handing your iPhone Duo back.

My iPhone Duo won't turn on. Can you still fix it?

Usually, yes. An iPhone Duo that won't power on is often a battery, charging port or board-level fault — all repairs we do in-house. Diagnosis is free, and if the device can't be saved we can often still recover your data.

Do I need an appointment to repair my iPhone Duo?

No — walk-ins are welcome at both stores, seven days a week. If you'd like to check part availability for your iPhone Duo first, give us a quick call on 0406 886 999 (Eastwood) or 0455 561 141 (Macquarie Centre).
